Hands-on sessions designed to support your body in reorganizing patterns of tension, stress, and misalignment.


This work is slow and intentional—grounded in fascia, the nervous system, and internal pathways of movement and energy.


It’s not about forcing change.

It’s about creating the conditions for your body to shift—on its own terms.


Sessions are available:

🩷 75 minutes (recommended starting point)

🩷 90 minutes


Available in-studio or in-home (Missoula).

This is a space to look at how your body, your choices, and your life are organizing—and to make shifts that feel more aligned, sustainable, and true.

Coaching is offered as a monthly container.
