Led by Erin Anderson, a 500-hour certified yoga instructor specializing in fascia release and movement dynamics, and a Master’s-level counselor educator, these sessions are not just about flexibility—they’re about function, flow, and performance longevity.

What is Fascia Flow?
Fascia is the connective tissue web that wraps every muscle, tendon, and bone—supporting how athletes move, recover, and feel. When fascia is bound, dehydrated, or overworked, range of motion tightens, compensatory movement patterns arise, and injuries follow.
Fascia Flow is a dynamic blend of:
